Drug and Alcohol Prevention Specialist – The Southwest Council, a private non-profit corporation that provides education, prevention, and treatment services within the counties of Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem seeks qualified individuals to work full time within the agency’s Substance Abuse Prevention Unit.  Duties include proving curricula based programs to community organizations and schools, summer camp programs, outreach, and family services. PT Recovery Coach – The Southwest Council, a private non-profit corporation that provides education, prevention, and treatment services in Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem Co. seeks qualified individuals to work part time in our Opioid Overdose Recovery Program. Duties include engaging individuals reversed from an opioid overdose and providing non-clinical assistance and recovery supports while maintaining follow-up with these individuals.  A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends is required. Must possess a minimum of a High School diploma. Must have two years sobriety and experience in principals of recovery that assist individuals to improve their health. A valid driver’s license is required.   Position requires being on call for two 12-hr shifts/wk. Hourly rate based on availability and experience.
