Employee Assistance

Our employee assistance program offers help and resources to employers, employees, and family members struggling with substance abuse, family stress, or other issues which impact job performance and personal well-being. 
Employee Assistance services include:

  • Behavioral Health Issues Consultations

  • Stress Management Training

  • Substance Use Disorder Evaluations

  • Supervisory Coaching Techniques

    • Sexual Harassment Awareness

    • Managing Workplace Change

    • Balancing Work and Home

    • Anger Management Coaching

    • Documentation, Discipline, and Corrective Action Plans

 

Substance USE DISORDER Assessments:

The Southwest Council provides:

  • Thorough assessment by experienced and licensed clinicians

  • Reasonable fee structures

  • Recommendations and referrals to meet client needs

  • Follow-up assessments

  • Communication with employer if applicable
