Our employee assistance program offers help and resources to employers, employees, and family members struggling with substance abuse, family stress, or other issues which impact job performance and personal well-being.

Certified Substance Abuse Assessments:
These assessments are provided to employers covered by the US Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations. The Southwest Council provides:
Thorough assessment by experienced Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP)
Full compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 40
Reasonable fee structures
Recommendations and referrals to meet employee needs
Follow-up assessments
Communication with employer
