C.A.L.M Anger Management
-
C.A.L.M. uses a Cognitive Behavioral approach and evidence-based materials from SAMHSA in each 90 minute session to help participants notice, understand, and change their response to anger triggering events. By the end of the 12 week program, participants can expect to have a better understanding of the aggression cycle, have developed assertiveness skills, and have developed an individualized plan to control anger.
Anger is something we all experience. For some it is expressed through road rage and for others it may look like difficulty with change. The goal of C.A.L.M is not to eliminate anger, rather help individuals identify and appropriately respond to events that trigger anger.
If you are someone who has difficulty adapting to change, often feels on edge, or has had negative consequences with employment, relationships or the law because of their anger, C.A.L.M. may be the group for you.

The Opioid Overdose Recovery Program is designed to respond to individuals reversed from opioid overdoses and treated at hospital emergency departments as a result of an opioid related illness/injury. The Patient Navigator and Recovery Coaches will engage individuals reversed from an opioid overdose to provide non-clinical assistance, recovery supports, and appropriate referrals for assessment and substance use disorder treatment. Funding for the OORP initiative is provided by the DOH Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Contact us at 856-794-1011 to connect with a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.

Recovery coaches are available to assist, guide, and mentor others on their own journey to recovery. Coaches provide respect, build rapport, and can help others access resources in the community. Recovery Coaches provide peer-mentoring to adults in need of non-clinical substance abuse guidance. Contact a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist at 856-794-1011 today!
