The Southwest Council is the leading community prevention resource for educators in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. We offer presentations, trainings, programs, and initiatives specifically geared toward schools who wish to bring quality prevention efforts to the youth they serve.

Professional Trainings & Workshops
Educational services for educators, professionals, businesses and community groups are available to increase awareness of risk factors leading to substance abuse and to train individuals on prevention strategies. Current Drug Trends
Designed to alert and educate student assistant counselors, administrators, parents, youth, college students or concerned community members about the signs, symptoms, and dangers of a variety of legal and illegal drugs, including current drug trends

Vape Education
This initiative is aimed to equip educators, counselors, guidance staff, and parents with knowledge about vaping and the ability to identify both the devices themselves and signs that youth may be using them.
